About PROGRESS Wrestling
PROGRESS Wrestling is one of the biggest independent wrestling promotions in the United Kingdom. Founded in 2012, the promotion has grown from a small London-based outfit to a global brand with fans around the world. Known for its passionate crowds at the Electric Ballroom in Camden, PROGRESS has launched the careers of stars like Will Ospreay, Gunther, Zack Sabre Jr., and many others who now perform in WWE and AEW. The 2026 calendar is packed with major events, including the historic tenth edition of Super Strong Style 16 in May.
Top stars
The PROGRESS roster features a mix of homegrown talent and international stars. Luke Jacobs is a former PROGRESS World Champion and one of the promotion's biggest names. Man Like DeReiss is the current PROGRESS World Champion. Rayne Leverkusen holds the PROGRESS Women's World Championship. Gene Munny won the PROGRESS Atlas Championship in February 2026. Kid Lykos and Kid Lykos II are the tag team specialists. Other top names include Alexxis Falcon, Rhio, Simon Miller, Charles Crowley, Bullit, and Spike Trivet. The roster is deep and the title scenes are competitive.
Super Strong Style 16 2026
The tenth edition of Super Strong Style 16 takes place on May 2 and 3, 2026 at the Electric Ballroom in Camden, London. This year makes history. For the first time ever, PROGRESS is running a women's tournament alongside the men's competition. First round matches for both tournaments are being held across Europe and North America with partner promotions including wXw in Germany, Destiny Wrestling in Canada, SAJ Wrestling in Italy, and Banger Zone Wrestling in Belgium and France. The winners of each tournament earn a shot at their respective PROGRESS World Championships. Past winners include Will Ospreay, Zack Sabre Jr., Tyler Bate, Gunther, and Luke Jacobs.
Upcoming events in 2026
PROGRESS has a packed schedule for the first half of 2026. Chapter 189: In Darkest Night took place on January 25 at the Electric Ballroom. Chapter 191: For The Love of PROGRESS was held on February 20 at Bowlers' Exhibition Centre in Manchester. Chapter 192: Cause And Effect aired on March 29 on TrillerTV.
